Parent Satisfaction Survey for Title I Schools

Hello Families!

Your opinion is very important to us, so we are asking you to complete this short survey, which will provide us with feedback regarding your experience with the Family Engagement Program at your child's school. If you have multiple children at the same or different schools, please complete a separate survey for each child.

We will use the results to help us plan and improve our Family Engagement opportunities for next school year. The results will be posted on the district and each Title I school's website later this spring.

I am informed about the Title I program at my child's school and have access to the Title I Handbook containing The Connection- Parent Engagement Plan and School-Parent Compact.
The information provided in the Parent Engagement Plan and School-Parent Compact is detailed and easy to understand.
I am aware that I can participate in shared decision making opportunities through Parent Input Meetings, Parent Action Team Meetings, Parent-Teacher Conferences, and school/district surveys. 
The school's Family Engagement Liaison assists families, supports parent activities and is available for questions or concerns from parents.
